◆龍門滾鍍設(shè)備主要應(yīng)用于小型工件的批量電鍍，設(shè)計特點如下： 

1）行車設(shè)有接水盤裝置，防止?jié)L桶和工件帶出的液體交叉污染槽液。
 
2）行車設(shè)有脫水機械，當滾桶被提起后，脫水機械帶動滾桶旋轉(zhuǎn)，使?jié)L桶和工件上藏有的液體滴回原站位，減少鍍液的浪費。

3）滾桶的裝卸料采用自動裝置完成，并可與后處理機械手自動銜接，減少人為設(shè)置錯誤，降低人工勞動強度。
 
4）滾桶設(shè)有自動稱重裝置，整流機可根據(jù)滾桶的裝載量自動設(shè)定電流。 

5）滾桶轉(zhuǎn)軸和蓋板的花式設(shè)計，有效的防止?jié)L桶卡貨或夾貨，提高電鍍的良品率。
