 Silicone foam and silicone rubber sheet are readily fabricated into gaskets and cushioning pads, including silicone foam gaskets. Fabricating processes include die cutting, adhesive lamination, slitting to width, water jet cutting of prototypes and production components and large fabricated gaskets for telecom base station housings. 

Silicone foam and silicone tape are available in slit-to-width rolls from silicone foam products ranging from .032" to .375" thick. Gasket strips with unsupported transfer film adhesives allow for the installer to 'make corners' and tight bend radii with a continuous roll of gasketing. Silicone foam gasketing with film supported adhesives provides dimensional stability, preventing over stretching where gasket
