XY-3系列鉆機(jī)是一種中深孔巖芯鉆機(jī)，是以金剛石鉆進(jìn)為主的，適應(yīng)多種鉆探工藝需求的立軸式巖芯鉆機(jī)?？善ヅ湎鄳?yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)或柴油機(jī)為動(dòng)力。鉆機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單拆解方便、操作容易。

主要特點(diǎn)
1、鉆機(jī)采用最新型MW525汽車變速箱總成，具有10檔正轉(zhuǎn)和2檔反轉(zhuǎn)，各檔位轉(zhuǎn)速設(shè)計(jì)合理，能夠滿足不同鉆進(jìn)工藝需求。
2、鉆機(jī)輸出扭矩大，承載力強(qiáng)，便于處理各種井下事故。機(jī)械傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，立軸通孔直徑96mm，支承距大，鉆機(jī)剛性好。
3、液壓系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)給進(jìn)壓力及速度的可控，以適應(yīng)各類不同地層鉆進(jìn)需要。同時(shí)配有孔底壓力指示器，便于掌握孔內(nèi)情況。
4、鉆機(jī)體積小、重量輕，可拆性好，布局合理，操縱靈活可靠，便于維護(hù)保養(yǎng)。

為滿足廣大用戶的特殊要求，我廠在XY-3基礎(chǔ)上研制開發(fā)了XY-3T拖車式、XY-3L履帶自走式（可選鋼制履帶或橡膠履帶）等特種型號鉆機(jī)，采用液壓高支腿方便裝卸車、輔助支撐，液壓自動(dòng)起塔提高起塔安全性，降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，大幅提高了用戶的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
