美國(guó)杜邦PBT塑膠原料的特性：

摩擦與磨耗性
PBT的摩擦系數(shù)很小，與POM差不多，其磨耗量比PC、POM小得多，加入玻纖增強(qiáng)后的PBT其磨耗量增加。
 
美國(guó)杜邦PBT加工性能：
 
1)PBT具有一定的吸水性，加工前需干燥。
2)PBT屬高結(jié)晶聚合物，有明顯的熔點(diǎn)，一般為225℃，溫度一旦超過(guò)熔點(diǎn)，物料就開始熔融，黏度迅速下降，但當(dāng)溫度超過(guò)270℃物料便開始分解，所以PBT的加工溫度為230-260℃。
3)PBT的玻璃化溫度為30℃，結(jié)晶容易且結(jié)晶速度快，模具溫度在60℃左右便能充分結(jié)晶。
4)PBT屬溫度敏感型聚合物，溫度對(duì)黏度影響較大，且黏度較低，即使加入30%玻纖增強(qiáng)PBT在成形加工溫度下的熔體黏度與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)注塑級(jí)的POM相當(dāng)。
5)二次加工性能良好，可采用車、銑、磨、刨、銼、鉆、拋光等方法進(jìn)行二次加工。
