■玻璃直線雙邊磨邊機(jī)是集粗磨、精磨、拋光、修安全角于一體，一次完成兩條直線邊的磨削與拋光、雙邊一次成型，
解決以往直邊機(jī)尺寸誤差大、效率低、在加工大板面玻璃時(shí)上片危險(xiǎn)等一系列問(wèn)題。用兩臺(tái)雙邊磨邊機(jī)L型擺放加一個(gè)
轉(zhuǎn)接臺(tái)，便可方便地組成四邊磨邊機(jī)，一次性磨削四條邊。本機(jī)采用伺服馬達(dá)高精度寬度調(diào)整；厚度調(diào)整；玻璃輸送，
全過(guò)程由電腦控制，加工玻璃尺寸，厚度，速度，在觸摸式電腦屏上設(shè)定好后，即可放片加工，自動(dòng)程度高，穩(wěn)定性好，
可自由選擇粗磨、精磨及拋光磨頭的數(shù)量，可任意啟動(dòng)固定座：活動(dòng)座作單邊磨使用，真正體現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)高效的真諦所在。

■Glass linear double edging machine combines rough edging, fine edging, polishing and cornering together that it is able to edge and polish 
two linear edges. It solves the problems offormer edging machines, which have large size errors and low efficiency, and eliminates the dangers 
in loading large plates of glass. Put two sets of double edging machines in an L shape with an attendant board in the center can conveniently 
form an edging machine that can process four edges at one time. The machine adopts servomotor that high precision and width adjustment,
thickness adjustment and glass conveying are all controlled by computers. The size, thickness and speed of processing can be preset in touch 
screen computer. It has high  automation, good reliability and can select the amounts of abrasive tips for fine, rough edging and polishing.
 And the fixed base can be started at will. The flexible base can be used for single edging to achieve high efficiency.
