ULTRACHAIN HT 220 is a full synthetic lubricant based on a blend of special esters and
additives to improve the antioxidant， anticorrosion， antiwear and extreme pressure properties.

合成油為基礎(chǔ)，再增加多種高檔特頻配方，能達(dá)到高抗磨、耐極壓、抗氧化、防銹、抗腐蝕、清
潔 … 等，多方面極優(yōu)異之潤(rùn)滑與保護(hù)性能。
2. Applications 應(yīng)用 :
Specially indicated for chain lubrication in conditions of extreme loads and working
temperature up to 250oC， ore even more in specific cases (check with our Technical Services).
適合於專業(yè)應(yīng)用與各類型工業(yè)鍊條以及運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)件之潤(rùn)滑與保護(hù)，尤其是環(huán)境高達(dá)+250攝氏溫度
之重載與高負(fù)荷工作條件。
ULTRACHAIN HT 220 can be used in all kind of industries， eg: transport chains， transport
belts of materials at high temperature in the steel industry， furnace chains in the bread industry，
painting furnace chains， driers， washing instatlations， sliding ways， cables， open lubrication
points， etc. ULTRACHAIN HT 220 適合各種類加工行業(yè)與機(jī)械設(shè)備之運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)鍊條，輸送
帶 …，臥式與直立式 … 等。 於鋼鐵、冶金、紡織、汽車、水泥 … 等生產(chǎn)加工行業(yè)，例如: 高
溫爐、烤箱、烤漆房、烘乾機(jī)、沖洗設(shè)備、滑軌、纜繩 … 等，任何開(kāi)放潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)之潤(rùn)滑與保護(hù)。
Because of its viscosity ISO VG 220 it can be used with most of the usual systems， by hand，
by dropping or sprayed. 具備極穩(wěn)定之油質(zhì)與黏溫性能，適合機(jī)械設(shè)備施以手工刷油、自動(dòng)滴
落式油盒、油箱、自動(dòng)噴油、澆油、或噴霧式給油 … 等。
3. Properties 產(chǎn)品特性 :
- Its oxidation stability at high temperatures avoids residue formation inside the chain， so
preventing from clogging and subsequent wear and chain elongation. It allows longer duration
of the chain reducing lubricant consumption when compared with less stable oils.
具有極優(yōu)異與穩(wěn)定之抗氧化性能，殘留雜物極少，能降低磨損，減少潤(rùn)滑液耗損，對(duì)於鍊條與內(nèi)
部相關(guān)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)件處?kù)堕L(zhǎng)週期工作之優(yōu)異潤(rùn)滑、清潔與保護(hù)起到關(guān)鍵作用。
- The high polarity of the esters provide excellent adherence and penetration capability on
chain metallic surfaces. It also impart high resistancy to high loads， also improved for the
antiwear and EP additives used in the formulation. 可賽化學(xué)工程韋以高質(zhì)量特頻基礎(chǔ)油與高
檔特頻添加配方及積累調(diào)配經(jīng)驗(yàn)，使得 HT 220 鍊條油能鞎具良好之黏附性與穿透性，並且適
合高負(fù)荷、能載重、與耐極壓之工作條件。
- Outstanding anticorrosion properties due to the stability and adhesivity of the base and
additives used. It avoids iron oxide formation even in wet environment or in the presence of
water. HT 220 還具有極好的防銹與抗腐蝕性能，還由於特頻配方與理化安定性能，使得油質(zhì)
與黏溫性能極為穩(wěn)定，在潮濕與沖水環(huán)境仍具有優(yōu)異之潤(rùn)滑與保護(hù)性能。
- It does not contain silicon. 本產(chǎn)品不含矽硅成份。
