FRP保溫、冷藏車(chē)廂是一種高科技、高品質(zhì)的新型板材，為我公司最新開(kāi)發(fā)的第二代FRP環(huán)保產(chǎn)品，產(chǎn)品在超低溫下不會(huì)發(fā)生脆裂，在高溫下不會(huì)變形，并且可以防止熱傳遞。產(chǎn)品可替代彩鋼板、鋁板、不銹鋼板等，并克服了傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品生銹、腐蝕、導(dǎo)熱、易于凹陷變形、不易清洗、耐久性差、易磨損、不能適應(yīng)惡劣環(huán)境等缺點(diǎn)。產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過(guò)特殊的表面處理，具有很高自潔性、光線性、防紫外線性、抗靜電性等特點(diǎn)。

FRP保溫、冷藏車(chē)廂板是目前國(guó)際流行的新型車(chē)廂板材，產(chǎn)品采用三明治結(jié)構(gòu)，外層采用FRP玻璃鋼板蒙皮，中間采用高密度聚氨酯發(fā)泡材料，隔熱層厚度達(dá)50-100mmn，面板厚度1-3mm不等，隔熱性能極佳。產(chǎn)品最大長(zhǎng)度為5.0米，最大寬度為2.50米，也可按照用戶需求的規(guī)格尺寸制作。產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于冷藏車(chē)廂、集裝箱、房車(chē)、活動(dòng)房、臨時(shí)辦公室、崗?fù)さ取?

1、重量輕：比國(guó)內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品減輕自重30-40%。
2、保溫隔熱性能：玻璃鋼面板導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)約為0.23W/m2.K，硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為0.018-0.028W/m2.K，總傳熱系數(shù)K值可低于0.3W/m2.K。
3、表面性能：玻璃鋼表面具有極強(qiáng)的抗拉強(qiáng)度、彎曲強(qiáng)度和沖擊韌性，不變形。對(duì)大氣、雨水和一般濃度的酸、堿、鹽等介質(zhì)具有極佳的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性。

三、安裝方式：

通過(guò)高強(qiáng)度膠黏劑、螺釘與骨架連接，骨架采用高強(qiáng)度鋁型材或鋼結(jié)構(gòu)骨架與復(fù)合板組裝冷藏保溫車(chē)，安裝簡(jiǎn)易快捷，無(wú)需特殊工裝。板材間采用高強(qiáng)度結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘結(jié)而成，具有最大的連接可靠性和最佳的密封保溫性能，箱體安裝簡(jiǎn)便快捷。
