液壓旋轉(zhuǎn)按樁機(jī)，是我廠為了適應(yīng)市場發(fā)展需要，拓寬施工領(lǐng)域所精心研發(fā)的一款機(jī)型，較輪式打樁機(jī)來講，場地的適應(yīng)性更強(qiáng)，作業(yè)面更寬。經(jīng)過了大量的理論推敲和實(shí)地認(rèn)證，目前各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)均已達(dá)到業(yè)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為規(guī)范操作，確保鉆機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，請操作人員務(wù)必按以下規(guī)程步驟進(jìn)行操作

operateinaccordancewiththefollowingprocedures
一、啟動前檢查工作
1、檢查發(fā)動機(jī)機(jī)油、液壓系統(tǒng)液壓油、柴油等的油位是否達(dá)到工作要求，如油位不足，應(yīng)及時添加，防止工作中因缺油而導(dǎo)致設(shè)備異常；
2、檢查動力裝置、行走部分、錘頭、滑道、滑道支架等各主要機(jī)械部位螺栓連接是否有松動，及時緊固松動的螺栓，防止工作中發(fā)生意外；
3、檢查各液壓油缸、轉(zhuǎn)動軸處的開口銷是否正常，應(yīng)及時更換磨損嚴(yán)重的開口銷；
4、仔細(xì)觀察設(shè)備周圈環(huán)境，確保按樁機(jī)工作半徑內(nèi)無行人及障礙物。

circumferentialenvironment，toensurethepilemachineworkingradiusno
pedestriansandobstacles.
二、啟動發(fā)動機(jī)
打開發(fā)動機(jī)組電源輸出開關(guān)，旋轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)動機(jī)鑰匙，按下一鍵啟動按鈕，啟動柴油機(jī)組。液壓泵隨發(fā)動機(jī)開始工作，怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)3~5分鐘，逐漸加大供油量，使液壓泵達(dá)到額定壓力20Mpa，并固定好油門調(diào)節(jié)手柄。

三、移機(jī)至工作位置
1、仔細(xì)查看換向閥操作指示牌中各操作桿所對應(yīng)機(jī)能，并熟記在心。嚴(yán)禁胡亂推動操作閥桿。
2、推動zuo輪行走、右輪行走閥桿，將設(shè)備移動至指定位置，并找好樁位。
3、推動大臂閥桿，升起大臂，調(diào)整大臂角度，使大臂達(dá)到工作要求。升起大臂過程中，應(yīng)時刻觀察滑道底端立柱與地面是否接觸。若底端立柱觸及地面，應(yīng)推動滑道閥桿，向上提升滑道。
4、根據(jù)工作需要，可推動搖臂閥桿，使大臂左右擺動，調(diào)整至所需位置；
5、調(diào)整好位置后，應(yīng)推動滑道閥桿，使滑道向下滑動，將滑道底端立柱插入地面。全部調(diào)整完畢后開始按樁工作。

stem，movetheequipmenttothespecifiedlocation，andfindgoodpile
location.
3，promotingstem，largearmraisedarm，
adjusttheAngleofthebigarm，armcanmeetthejobrequirements.Riseinthe
processofthebigarm，atalltimesobservethechutebottomcolumnifcontact
withtheground.Ifthebottomofthecolumntouchestheground，shouldpushthe
slidevalverod，upwardramp.
4，accordingtotherequirementsofthejob，
canpromotetherockerstem，makebigarmswinging，adjustedtothedesired
location
5，afteradjustposition，shouldpushthe
slidevalverod，maketheslidedownwardslide，insertthechutebottompillar
ontheground.Afteralladjustmentsaccordingtothepilework.
四、按樁工作
1、推動鉆桿上下閥桿，將錘頭提升至最高位置；
2、將矩形樁放入樁桿支撐內(nèi)部，矩形樁放置穩(wěn)定后，推動錘頭閥桿，使錘頭開始沖擊工作。慢慢推動鉆桿閥桿，使錘頭慢慢向下移動，使樁帽插入矩形樁內(nèi)部。
3、錘頭正常沖擊工作情況下，慢慢向下推動錘頭，將矩形樁按入地面至要求深度。
